FAQ

Common questions

Straight answers about sanitizing, scheduling, coverage, and what to expect.

Is this the same as cleaning?

No. Cleaning removes visible dirt—sweeping, mopping, dusting. We sanitize: treating high-touch and high-traffic surfaces with an electrostatic misting system and hospital-grade, EPA-registered solutions. Many clients keep their existing cleaning crew and use us for targeted protection between cleans.

What is electrostatic misting?

It’s a low-volume spray system that applies a fine, even layer of sanitizer to surfaces—including vertical and hard-to-reach touchpoints. Coverage is more uniform than wiping alone, and the mist dries quickly without leaving a film.

How long until the space can be used again?

Most spaces are ready to reoccupy within minutes. The mist dries invisibly and leaves no residue. We’ll confirm any product-specific dwell times during your walkthrough if your space has special requirements.

Will it leave a smell or residue?

No sticky film and no harsh lingering scent. Surfaces should look and feel normal—protected, not “treated.”

What surfaces do you treat?

High-touch and high-traffic zones: desks and workstations, door handles and push plates, shared equipment, conference tables, counters, restroom touchpoints, and lobby or reception surfaces. Your walkthrough defines the exact scope for your space.

What areas do you serve?

Inland Empire and San Bernardino Valley. If you’re nearby outside that core area, contact us—we’ll confirm whether we can cover your location.

Can I set a recurring schedule?

Yes. Many clients book one-time visits after events or illness reports; others set weekly, biweekly, or monthly maintenance so protection stays consistent. We’ll recommend a cadence based on traffic and risk.

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on square footage, surface density, access, and frequency. There’s no one-size online quote—after a short walkthrough we provide a clear proposal for single visits or a recurring plan.

Do people need to leave during service?

We plan around your operations. Many treatments happen after hours or in phased zones so work continues elsewhere. Your walkthrough is where we lock in the least disruptive approach.

Is this safe for schools and offices?

We use hospital-grade, EPA-registered solutions appropriate for commercial environments when applied as directed. We’ll review product details and any site-specific concerns during the walkthrough.

What happens on the walkthrough?

A brief on-site visit to understand layout, high-touch areas, access, and timing. You’ll get a recommended scope and pricing—no obligation to book service the same day.

How do I get started?

Schedule a walkthrough. Share a few details about your space, and we’ll follow up to confirm timing and next steps.
